The following sets out the terms and conditions applicable to MTMT service purchaser (“T&Cs”)
- Our website is here to make your travel planning a breeze. Whether you’re hunting for the best flight deals, cozy hotels, train tickets, international data roaming, airport lounge access & service, car rentals, attraction tickets, travel insurance or even travel accessories we’ve got you covered. We partner with a variety of third-party suppliers (we call them “Suppliers”) to bring you all these amazing travel options (“Travel Products”). Depending on where you’re booking from, we might also have ferry and bus tickets, tours, cruises, and more. Plus, if you need a hand with anything, our customer support team is always here to help.
- When you book through us, remember that each Travel Product comes with its own set of terms and conditions from the Supplier (like the airline, hotel’s rules, and lounge access rules). It’s a good idea to check those out because they’re part of your deal with the Supplier. You’ll find more details in each Travel Product section below. If there’s ever a clash between the Supplier’s terms and ours, we’ve got you covered—our terms take priority.
- Since different Travel Products have different policies (like for cancellations or changes), we’ll serve our level best for you to get all the assistance you need during the booking process. It’s super important to read these details carefully before finalizing your booking.
- If anything’s unclear, just give us a shout using the contact of Me Time My Time Service Consultation at +601129266628 or info@metimemytime.com. If you’re not on board with these terms, no worries—but you’ll need to skip using our services.
- You’re also confirming that you’re legally able to make a binding contract (like being of legal age in your country) and that you’re only using our services for legit reservations.
- If you’re booking for a group, the first person listed in the booking will be the one responsible for making sure (i) all the info is accurate, (ii) these terms are accepted on behalf of the group and that everyone follows them, (iii) the booking details are correct (and contacting us if they’re not), and (iv) the full payment is handled, including any extra charges.
We might tweak these terms every now and then. If we do, we’ll update the date at the top, and the new terms will kick in as soon as they’re posted. So, whenever you’re booking or using our service and website, it’s a good idea to check the terms and make sure you’re up to date.
Booking General Terms
- When you make a booking, please make sure all the details you provide (like your name, ID information, contact info, payment details, and dates) are accurate and complete.
- If you spot any mistakes after booking, let us know right away. We’ll do our best to help correct them, but please note we can’t always guarantee that the Supplier will accept changes, especially if it involves changing your identity.
- We work hard to keep our travel product prices accurate, but mistakes can happen. If we spot an error that you should reasonably have noticed, we might need to cancel your booking or, with your agreement, adjust the price. If this occurs, we’ll reach out to you to sort it out.
Flight Terms
- Your flight ticket booking is always following the airline’s terms and conditions. You can usually find these details on the airline’s website. If there’s a difference between our terms and the airline’s (for example, if you’ve booked a non-refundable, cheaper flight), our terms will take precedence. If you have any questions about your flight ticket—like changes, cancellations, or baggage rules—feel free to reach out to us. We’re here to help with any support you need and it’s important to review all the info we provide to ensure the booking is accurate and complete.
- You should check the relevant airline’s website for details, as different airlines may have different policies or rules. Make sure to arrive at the airport with plenty of time for check-in, passport control, and security checks. Have all your travel documents, like your passport or national ID and visas, ready before you travel. Also, remember to use your flight tickets in the order listed in your itinerary. If you skip a flight, the airline might not let you use the remaining tickets.
Hotel Terms
When booking a hotel with us, remember that the hotel’s own terms also apply, usually found on their website. If there’s a conflict between our terms and theirs, ours take precedence. We’ll confirm your booking as quickly as possible—usually instantly—and email you once it’s guaranteed. If you need to change or cancel your booking, the options depend on the hotel’s policies, so check the details we provided during booking or reach out to us if you’re unsure. Our star ratings aim to give you a good sense of the hotel’s quality and it’s referred to our third-party supplier’s info, but since standards vary by country, it’s important to review all the info we provide to ensure the hotel meets your expectations.
Tours and Tickets Terms: Changing, Cancelling or Upgrading Your Booking
Your booking also follows the Supplier’s terms, which are usually available on their website. We’ll try to provide a link to these terms during checkout. If you need to change or cancel your booking, or if the Supplier does so, their terms will guide the process. We may have shared some of this info during your booking, so check those details too. If you need help, feel free to reach out to us using the contact details when placing your booking order.
Travel Insurance
We help you purchase travel insurance based on your agreement, and you’ll get all the details once your service is booked and confirmed. Please note that all terms and claims policies are set by the travel insurance company, so you’ll need to follow their guidelines for any claims. If you need support, Me Time My Time is here to assist you every step of the way with our level best!
Lounge Access & Airport Services
- No refunds will be provided for no shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time.
- Any changes to the booking (e.g., flight changes) must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Any modification of service will be subject to the availability with no guarantee.
Data Roaming
- Device is only allowed to collect 2 days earlier from the WIFI activation date. A charge of RM10/day/device is applicable if collection is made earlier than the scheduled date.
- A late fee of RM20/day/device will be imposed from the 3rd day of the indicated return date of the rental period.
- In some countries, a Fair Use Policy may be in place in accordance with the business practices of the local internet service provider. Internet service providers commonly apply a cap on the amount of wireless data when an individual user has exceeded a certain amount of data within a specified time period, which can result in a throttle down (slow down) of the connection speed. Full internet speed will be recovered on the following day (00:00 Malaysia Time).
- Remaining data quota cannot be carried forward and accumulated, full data quota will be renewed on the following day (00:00 Malaysia Time)
- If the Customer encounters any difficulty in using the Service while at their destination, the Customer must immediately notify Me Time My Time customer service team within the Rental Period to be entitled for any possible refund or discount to the Charge. Any refund or discount to the Charge is solely at Me Time My Time Service Consultation discretion.

Travel Preparation:
Make sure you’ve got all your travel docs sorted before you head out, like your passport, visas, and any medical papers (like vaccination proof). Just because we offer travel options for a destination doesn’t mean it’s totally risk-free. Check for any travel warnings or restrictions before you book and before you go. Also, make sure to get any needed vaccinations and follow your doctor’s advice. Your safety is always our priority!
